The Fredericton Junior A Red Wings is not only about hockey – it’ a family and a community. Without our volunteers, we would not be able to accomplish a successful game night.
Coming to a Fredericton Junior A Red Wings Game is where we want our city to know that they are receiving the best entertainment, the best experience, the best company, and watching the best hockey in town!
We are excited to welcome you on board! If you’re interested, please call our office at 506-458-9388. We offer one hour training sessions in August and throughout the season.
Potential responsibilities by Volunteers:
- Selling programs
- Assist with live promotional giveaways
- Attend pre-game meeting
- Assist with the in-game birthday program
- Help our in-game host with any activity or contest
- Engage with fans during the game
- Ensure that the fan experience is the best entertainment in the MHL!
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Must have reliable transportation to and from the Grant Harvey Center for games
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Must be willing to work hard, be on time and present yourself professionally
- Must be a team player who can adapt to change and maintain a positive attitude
- Must be available to attend Red Wings home games (75 minutes before puck drop)
